yeah, um. about that.

SO, I was invited to go to a party tonight. I kind of thought about going... until I realized I had a mini 'let's-make-a-cake-in-a-bowl' in 30 seconds deal... and a raspberry Smirnoff to go with it. So, I'm not going to lie, raspberry isn't my favorite... but hell, it goes good with chocolate-fudge cake. MMMMM.

I went to pep band yesterday; Iowa was wrestling Wisconsin. It was pretty fun, especially when one of the Wisconsin coaches (maybe the head coach?) was ridiculous and wouldn't stop approaching the bench SLASH wouldn't shut up. And then I hiked stairs. My knees suck, and my ankles suck, but I love hiking stairs. Maybe I'm masochistic like that???

ANYWAYS, I got up out of bed this morning (or afternoon, depending on how you look at it), and I hurt. My thighs hurt, my butt hurt, and my back hurt. After all the stairs I hiked in the engineering building and in Carver-Hawkeye, I can understand my thighs and my butt being sore--don't comment on that--but, my back is dying. Like, literally, yo. I'll be walking around and just randomly, my back will like spasm (super painful), and I'll literally have to like stop whatever I'm doing and just sit or lay down. Think about it... that's KIND OF inconvenient.

I don't know whether it's the fact that I'm carrying crap around or whether I'm studying like mad and jsut the position that I sit in is bad for my back...

GAH, I HATE dealing with soreness/MY BODY HATES ME. I've been heating it, like a lot... sleeping helps, but then when I wake up, I'm sore again.

Oh, and I'm watching the 2009 senior (high school age) figure skating championships. I hope the blond-haired, blue-eyed chick wins. She's currently in first place... I think I'm going to go stretch or something.
