Even when it's not entirely possible, I try to help people. Sometimes, trying to help others makes me think that I'll be able to find a way to solve my own problems. And (sometimes), it works. So, as blog number 100, I'd like to answer the question that's been pondered for years.

Who will guard the guards themselves? or, more colloquially, Who watches the watchmen?
